Run a Task on a schedule

Ask for recurring work in Work → Chat, for example:

Every Monday at 7am Europe/London, analyse the previous week's retailer sales and distribution. Make a report with the main changes and actions for the account team.

Include cadence, timezone, reporting and comparison periods, audience, and whether you want a report or an answer. Signal can create the schedule from the conversation.

Scheduled Tasks cannot carry per-run attachments or Task references. Use data and Knowledge available to the workspace instead.

Manage schedules#

Open Profile → Recurring tasks. Each schedule shows its cadence, timezone, next run, last run, saved prompt, and recent results.

Use Run now for an early result, Pause to stop future runs, Resume to restart them, or Archive to retire the schedule while retaining results. Archive the old schedule before creating a replacement when its cadence or brief changes.

Check failed runs for missing data or an unclear brief. Retire reports nobody uses.
