Review and improve Task results

Follow a run, answer clarifications, use follow-ups and versions, and decide what to do with a completed result.

Review and improve Task results

Follow progress and answer questions#

The conversation shows a Task card with its status and progress. Queued means waiting to start, Planning means working out the approach, and Running means doing the work. Needs input means Signal is waiting for your answer. Complete, Failed, and Cancelled describe the outcome.

Answer a clarification using the question card. Use Cancel on the live Task card to stop the run. Reopen the conversation before starting a duplicate if live updates disconnect.

Improve the result#

Keep related work in the same conversation. Ask Signal to refresh the period, add a retailer split, explain a recommendation, or turn the findings into a different format. Signal can follow up on the existing Task rather than start from scratch.

A report update creates a version. Open the deliverable card and use the version menu to inspect earlier results. A question answerable from existing findings may return text without creating a new report version.

Start a new conversation when the decision or scope changes substantially, and reference useful earlier work.

Find and organise deliverables#

Choose Explore in Work to find reports, decks, dashboards, and files. Search by title and use the type, tag, Mine only, Published only, or Recurring only filters. Turn off Mine only when looking for workspace colleagues' published work.

Open a deliverable to view it alongside its conversation. Archive removes it from the active library while retaining it. Where offered, Unarchive restores it.

Use Share for named collaborators, Publish for workspace discovery in Explore, or Export for a downloadable file. These actions have different audiences; review the sharing and publishing guides before distributing sensitive work.

Before sharing, check the market, period, definitions, assumptions, cited evidence, and whether recommendations follow from the findings.
